Excellent Customer Service
First, I am a 78 year old senior citizen and have utilized Sears as my go to for appliances. Mr. Colin when he arrived to my home was very friendly, understanding to my issue and most importantly experienced technicians. He analyzed my microwave issue and provided me with information and next steps. I really appreciated his excellent workmanship.

Overcharged for Parts
THE END RESULT WAS FINE, but the cost of the part was double the price that I could have bought myself online from Sears parts. When I called to complain and find out out why I was continually being re directed and never spoke to a human Also I was sent 2 auger cables when I only needed one. Overall very disappointed with your communication and over charging for parts , because of this experience I will not use Sears services in the future.
