Technician fine, other services stink
My technician arrived before 10am. At 1140am I got a phone call stating that my service person will arrive between 8a and 11a tomorrow 9/12. Huh? Also, I had a service person here on Saturday 9/6 who said I needed a compressor, ordered the parts and set up todays appt. Tech had no parts, none arrived at my house, when I called there was no record of parts being requested for authorization. Today's tech told me that I do not need a compressor because he adjusted something and my fridge is working fine. I am disgusted with your service. I believe today is the 4th visit. And it is extremely difficult to get a live person to speak to in order to iron out immediate details. I sincerely hope I do not have to call again.
