1. Two visits, both greatly exceeded reasonable estimat ed arrival time; not Hector's fault, end of routing. 2. Actual fee doubled average fee, denying customer fix-or-buy decision. 3. Second visit requireed because correct replacement part was unavailable, despite customer having provided timely model and series information.

It took 2 1/2 months to complete my service request. Diagnosed incorrectly initially. Then refurbished parts were ordered which were unacceptable. Then we received new replacement parts. It felt like a game I wasn’t enjoying.

The machine we speak to set up appt doesn't work. It gave the tec the wrong name and address for yesterday's appt. I wasted a half day waiting and the tec was giving the wrong info. You still have my info incorrect. Never will be calling you for service again. What kind of service are you providing. Unbelievable you can not speak to a live agent.

If I could give zero stars I would. 7 months and 3 days waiting for dishwasher and your repair service can’t install a dishwasher. Who delivers a dishwasher after 6 months of waiting and doesn’t install it? You are beyond pitiful and your customer service is appalling.

The technician Romany is not qualified for this job. He called it a water pressure problem and the lining of the water heater is torn. Sears has to do better than that with better experienced technicians

It’s going on 4 months waiting for parts and now I was told they’re still looking for a part and to wait another week to see if they find it! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS NEW CONTRACT

This man appeared angry, from the second he walked in the door and appeared to have very little interest in providing me service. I told him that my burner wasn’t working properly, and he, oddly, laughed at me. He said he could not fix my cooktop. He then got angry and told me he was going to send the previous service men to look at this. He suddenly left and and slammed my front door on the way out.
