Great service experience
Brian did a great job taking care of our issue. The parts arrived quickly and he was able to take care if the issue much sooner thsn what was scheduled previously. Thank you for the great work. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with Brian, is that we had to pay to have the compressor installed although the part is covered under the warranty. The excessive failure rate of these compressors and the fact that the new compressor had been modified to address the issue that we were experiencing. This sounds to me like it should have been a recall. I think in the future we will look at other brands line GE instead of Kenmore.
