Technician detemined the model of the washing machine , looked up the part and informed me that that the part was no longer available. so no repair was possible . Just my opinion,but being charged $ 129.00 for this is highway robbery. I will never use your services again!

washer/dryer repair
Three appointments to repair my washer/dryer scheduled by you two weeks apart, each cancelled by you at the end of scheduled day. Finally Brian arrived as scheduled, but to repair a refrigerator not my washer/dryer. He was very apologetic and sent the info to the office who automatically scheduled my repair for two week out without even calling me. I have since scheduled my repair with another service.

My freezer still isn't working right. It has ice on everything and door doesn't close properly!!! I am disgusted. I want someone else to come and fix this! The first person did nothing and I was charged a fortune. Can u please put me in touch with a supervisor. I do not like the attitude of this people!! I said the door wasn't closing properly and he laughed and left!!!

Sears home services is horrible!!!!
I made the mistake of using Sears home services to install ductless air conditioning and it has been a nightmare from day one!!! It has never properly worked and was always leaking Freon !!! Now that I signed up for a home warranty company they send a Sears technician and they put in a diagnosis that isn't covered by that company as well!!! I would never recommend Sears!!! You guys are frauds!!!
