Avarice was absolutely OBNOXIOUS

I have been in Retail Management for 40 years; I have not ever experienced the poor experience I've ever had has been w/Sears Washing machine Techs. This guy was Rude & abrupt when I kindly asked him to put booties on. He yelled at me stating if I wanted booties on I should have them available to him! Are you kidding me; he was so abrupt, rude, obnoxiously unprofessional & treated me very poorly ever since that point. He was singing in some for of Arabic & ignoring what I was stating to him. The water in the machine accumulated during rinse cycle & didn't rinse out leaving clothes soaking/dripping wet as well as the machine knocking hard around spin cycle. When Alessandro came in 2/11/24 he ordered parts which were no longer available & that's why the machine is yet to be repaired! It needs to be replaced. This guy was so nasty I will never ever allow him near my house again. I wouldn't even give him a 1/4 of a star.

Most terrible experience- after 7 days of waiting to find out that the technician can't fix the problem and have to get another company to do it.

Rudest rep I've ever met

This tech rep was the rudest person that I've ever met in my life! Got nasty with my wife and then once I got home was equally nasty! Almost told him to leave our house. Also heard him speak to a rep at the warranty company as she told him to not raise his voice at her and hung up on him. Shocked that he's employed by anyone!

Rotten technician

Arrived at 12pm, appointment was 2:38pm, due to a typo by Sears I never received email estimate and he treated my Wife as a sub human. Discusting, New York is not a 3rd world country

Horrible attitude

The technician had an attitude the minute he walked in the door as if it was an imposition to come to our house to look at the fridge. When he found out what needed to be done, he told us WE had to order the parts and pay for them and then he would come back and install them. Completely and utterly unprofessional.

I never got a text message or voicemail saying they are on their way. 1st appointment was canceled last minute. This was the 3rd time in a year the 1st appointment was canceled last minute. I lost time and money missing work all 3 times. Only a visual inspection

Do not use A &E for your appliance repair

Today was the 3rd visit by the same repair man to fix my ice maker. Put aside having to take 3 days off from work for the repair, there is still no ice. Both parts that were ordered should have been installed at the last repair not between 2 repairs. Repair man raised his voice at myself and my husband because of our frustration that he was giving us no guarantee that the problem was fixed. Called PC Richards and said this repair man and his company A&E were no longer welcomed at our house.

Awful. Parts were back ordered. When parts came in it was difficult to schedule the appointment. Waited for 3 entire days to get ice maker fixed and it still doesn't make ice

Terrible Service

I am contacting NYS Dept. of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint. I will also use social media to share the horrific experience I had with your company. I had 3 visits from your technicians in two weeks. Duval came twice. The freezer was not keeping the food frozen.On the first visit, he claimed my house was too warm and lowered the temperature of the freezer. He said that would correct the problem. It did not. On today's visit, he waved a thermometer around, barely opening the freezer door, and said GE no longer made replacement parts for my model. Therefore, he could not fix the refrigerator. Since he did not examine the freezer during either visit, I don't know how he could make that determination. I am horrified that I signed a service contract with your company and will question NYS about what I can do to terminate it. I have contacted another service company. They told me that GE still stocks some replacement parts but if they don't stock the one my refrigerator needs, they will use a "universal" part. It seems Duval should have known this. To say I am unhappy and disgusted with your company is an understatement!
