Refridgerator repair

I really feel that I was overcharged for this repair--the labor charge was very high!!! You were here in Oct. and did not properly fix the problem.So now I get charged so much ---I feel like I have been robed!!! The only reason that i agreed to fix it was because I need my refridgeraor for Thanksgiving---

Rude but knew his job somewhat

He was extremely rude and I had to confront him about the way he spoke even though he seemed to do a good job. Unfortunately, the issue still exists with my refrigerator and he did not solve it. We do not plan on recalling your company again for future repairs

Refrigerator

Refrigerator has been making noises off and on. Played for technician, didn't attempt to trouble shoot at all. Told him the water dispenser is now putting out warm/hot water. He said that's normal and can happen. Told us to contact PC Richards for one of their technicians. Glad we waited around all day for this useful information

Not the best

We waited a little over 2 weeks for 3 parts to be delivered only to be told on the 2nd visit there was a wire unplugged. The tech was great but I feel like that could have been found on the first visit, I was without a dryer for 2 1/2 weeks.

Horrible experience

Technician not capable whatsoever did not even diagnose problem had to arrange for new technician just to diagnose properly. Would never have same technician back in my residence.

Your automatic response telling me to call the customer service number is comical. When you call there (India) no one can help. They tell you that they will pass you along to a supervisor and then leave you on the line forever. Do not use Sears home services for your repairs. They called around for a compressor and when the technician arrived the compressors was in an open box. Two and a half years later the compressor is not working and they want me to pay again to have another one installed.

Refrigerator repair

I had some freezing in the freezer and a buzzing—probably a fan. Your guy came, broke up some ice in the rear and it stopped temporarily, then started agin. Then you sent Avarie. He said I needed parts to fix it. I paid over $750.00. Another repair guy installed the part two days later. Fixed temporarily again. I called and Avarie came for a second time. He claimed it was a different problem. I said I relied on you. "Your repair was unsuccessful and now you want more money." The appropriate thing for Sears to do is to refund the money paid for both the first visit and the second visit. Thank you Michael Corcoran
