I was disappointed with the time line for service. Each driver gets his work orders daily and should be able to narrow down from 9 hours to 4: 8_12 or 1 to 4. I received a call at 3:25 Bruno was on his way, but he arrived at 4:15. If he was caught in traffic no problem. I thought if there was a delay I would receive a phone call. Never got one. He seemed miffed upon arrival, no idea why, but never deviated from that demeanor. He performed his repair professionally, no communication, and left. Refrigerator working fine, but I wasn't impressed with the overall personal service.

Manuel efficiently determined the problem on my LG dryer and repaired it efficiently and quickly. The dryer charge was a bit high but I accepted the charge. However, I was not happy to be charged for cleaning and maintaining my washer since the front seals were not cleaned and I would hope that this was supposed to be done.

He only vacuumed the dryer, did not touch the washer. He said if it's working there is nothing to check. The week before the rinse cycle was not working, it fixed itself. I was told when I took the contract the exhaust stack was covered. Now I'm being told it's not. Please send me a copy of the contract.
