Technician came in and went right to work fixing the problem. The parts were ordered by the previous technician so this tech came in and was done in 20 minutes. He checked everything out and cleaned up. My oven is working again!!! Let the baking begin!!

Joseph was great fixing our problem. You need more resources like him (very knowledgeable). We waited 1 month for service when temperatures approached 90 in house some days. This is crazy. Please hire more people. We assumed it would take 2-4 days the most to wait for contracted service.
