Duval was professional and friendly. Very nice man. What I'm going to say has nothing to do with him. I have an issue with Sears sending someone from refrigeration to service my washer & dryer. It is not fair to me, the customer, or Duval. He was unable to answer my questions. Now another technician needs to come out, inconveniencing me. Very disappointing
