This is the 3rd time this icemaker has been serviced/replaced. The most recent was April 2023. While I don't think it is the technician's fault, it should be replaced.

I had the same problem with my refrigerator before. Two technicians came before. Finally this technician appeared to find the cause of the problem. But I believe that the rubber around the refrigerator door may need to be changed. I still need to observe that water does not collect in the bottom inside the refrigerator

Alessandro diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed the dishwasher. He was courteous and did a neat job. He went a step above to glue the doorframe that had come loose. He made sure everything was in working order.
