Kenmore refrigerator
He was professional, kind, courteous, well, knowledgeable, thorough I knew it had to be done. Did not damage my property and explained in detail what he was going to do and what needs to be done in order to fix my refrigerator freezer.

I have been a PCRichard for many years. My PCRichard service man was Dominick Lopez for many years. So my microwave stopped working and I had to wait weeks to get it repaired. I am a 77 year old Veteran that can't walk. They could not repair my unit so now I have to wait for a new one. I want the same unit. I can't cook in any other unit. Please hurry with a replacement so I can eat more than sandwiches! This was not Roberts fault! There was a problem with the parts they sent? A day or 2 for the new unit, delivered and installed.
