Very nice and thorough technician. He fixed my washing machine. Please be aware that the person that scheduled my appointment put on the ticket i needed after 2:00 pm. The technician doesn't see that and arrived 8:00 am. I wasn't home. He ended up coming back which was great but it may not have worked out that easily which would have been bad for both of us. You need to have a better system
