THE gentleman was very kind and considerate of our home.Im not happy that in only shortly after 1 yr that it was leaking my floor doesn't look great.That has NOTHING to do with our service, though. I have been purchasing from P.C Richard for at least 21 yrs.Does now make me reconsider about buying again from there,unfortunately.
