Duval was professional in every aspect of this appointment. Clean, neat and informed me of everything he was doing and did. There should be more like this gentleman. I specifically asked for Duval as his last visit he informed me of what could and did happen.

Unfortunately we were not able to find a solution because the washer wouldn't replicate the issue BUT Avarie was fabulous! Very conscientious, kind, and made me smile:)
