Joe, an HVAC technician, swiftly fixed our heating unit on a cold morning. His professionalism and easy explanations put us at ease. He not only resolved the issue quickly but also shared useful maintenance tips. Our home is warm again, all thanks to Joe's expertise. Robert is excellent. The company however is not. I waited almost 3 months to get my treadmill fixed. During this time I made many phone calls trying to get help. The times I was actually able to get through to a person I was always told it would be looked into & someone would get back to me. No one ever did.
