Avarie was a great tech. I was very glad that he was the one to do the visit and look into the issue with my refrigerator. He was patient, respectful and pleasant to talk with. He was also very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and he definitely knew what he was doing. For any further issues regarding any of my appliances, I will most definitely be making a request for Averie to handle the appointment.
