Hector showed up on the nastiest day of winter to replace a part and repair my washer. Though he was unable to get it working, he tried his best. That to me was dedication ! Thanks for trying.....

The repairman was personable and explained the situation to me. They were also able to send someone out today since we don't have a working refrigerator right now
