Hector did a phenomenal job fixing my dryer. Best service person we have ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable, clean and he took the time to explain what needed to be fixed.

It was easy to make the repair appointment online, follow the timing via text, and had an easy experience with the technician who was able to diagnose the problem with my Whirlpool dryer right away and had the parts available in his truck to fix it on the spot.

Robert was timely in getting to my house for the first and second appointment. He knew his job. However, during the 10/22/2025 appointment Robert was unable to complete the job. He was unable to get the part or parts because he reported that the “parts were not available”.

John called prior to arrival & arrived within the time frame he estimated. He was friendly, courteous, patiently answered my questions, had the part needed and was able to repair (upper oven in double oven stove stopped working) the oven same day. I’ve been using Sears appliance repair services for 20+ years & they’ve never let me down. Highly recommend!
