Technician was great! The scheduling was horrible. Each appt was set 3 times for an 8a-5p arrival. Each time contact was made after 5p - sitting home all day waiting for tech. They need to do better.

The technician was knowledgeable, ordered the heating element part and the oven was fixed within 10 days. Sears as usual did not do well. Reminder phone call came the morning of the appointment rather than the day before saying my appointment was for ”tomorrow “. Said the tech was on his way when he wasn’t. He called me 30 minutes later and said it would be about 30 minutes, so a hour later. Very poor customer service. Giving Sears 9 hrs to show up is ridiculous. A definite 2 hr window would be more customer friendly. The possible time is given by 7AM after I have gotten up much earlier than I usually do in order to be available at 8 AM. Think of your customer instead of your needs!

Could not fix anything, but it cost me $300 just to look at them 😡. I finally asked if he could repair/fix anything??? He really couldn’t answer the question.

Technician didn’t call with an ETA and claims to have called but no missed calls. Still billed $115. There is. O way to Call anyone from the company-all one way communication. The last information we had received said there would be a delay as parts were ordered. Then a text 4 minutes before they knocked on the door and no call.

My Samsung refridgerator quit working Oct.1, 2024. Being less than 1 year old it is supposed to be under warranty. Sears Home Service is Samsung’s “only “contracted authorized repair company ( apparently in a 150 mile radius). So Samsung made the service appointments. I was notified by Sears Homs Service only via text messages. The first service appointment was after a week after; Sears sent a text: rescheduled a week later, 2nd text: scheduled another week later, 3rd text : (the day of) scheduled two more weeks later, At this point I went out and bought a new refridgerator.4th text: scheduled another two weeks, I texted back: “don’t come, after waiting so long I decided to buy a new refrigerator. Next text from Sears: we’re coming in 3 Days, next text Nov 12,: We’re coming tomorrow. I texted back “don’t come”. Today, Sears text: we will be there this morning. Again , I text back , “don’t come”. At 10 am Sears Repair shows up, I said “go Aside from bad scheduling, Sears Home Service has terrible communication with customers. Their marketing team should realize use of text doesn’t set well with us older generation. A phone call would have been better, some people don’t do text. Going without a refrigerator for a month is no fun for anyone. Customer Service is a thing of the past

Service guy was good , but charging 80 dollars for a 15 dollar part was crazy!!!it code us 4 hundred and 30 dollars to fix a 15 dollar part!!! Will not be using your service again, that’s just greed.will be posting this on Facebook for sure! Not happy!!

Javan was excellent everyone else needs more training on their jobs. I had a terrible experience with everyone else I had contact with over the phone . Couldn't even get Corporate office to answer. I deserve with all I went through to talk to someone from Corporate office to call me. No one should go though that experience ever.
