Technician was great! The scheduling was horrible. Each appt was set 3 times for an 8a-5p arrival. Each time contact was made after 5p - sitting home all day waiting for tech. They need to do better.

The technician was knowledgeable, ordered the heating element part and the oven was fixed within 10 days. Sears as usual did not do well. Reminder phone call came the morning of the appointment rather than the day before saying my appointment was for ”tomorrow “. Said the tech was on his way when he wasn’t. He called me 30 minutes later and said it would be about 30 minutes, so a hour later. Very poor customer service. Giving Sears 9 hrs to show up is ridiculous. A definite 2 hr window would be more customer friendly. The possible time is given by 7AM after I have gotten up much earlier than I usually do in order to be available at 8 AM. Think of your customer instead of your needs!

Could not fix anything, but it cost me $300 just to look at them 😡. I finally asked if he could repair/fix anything??? He really couldn’t answer the question.
