I called and ask them to replace the lights in my fridge and they came charge me and said that I need the lights replace and charged me but didn’t replaced the lights. It was a total fraud. I didn’t need them to tell me I needed to replace the lights I already knew that. So I paid for them to come for five minutes to tell me what I already knew. I can’t believe in this day and age they got away with that. I want a refund.

Andrew was lovely and knowledgeable. Your customer service is terrible. Can’t get a live person. Had appt for Friday set up by the technician they never called never showed up. Then get text that appt is for today. Finally my dryer is fixed. I will never use your company again and I will be all over social media to get others to use another companies as well. The 1 star is tor Andrew. You are a terrible company with horrendous customer service. Shame on you!!

Sears just doesn’t care. It’s systems are not customer friendly. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Took 5 visits to complete the job. FIVE! Tech had a HORRIBLE attitude, misdiagnosed the problem, and ordered the wrong parts. Had to reorder new parts, which didn’t arrive on time. And when he installed the new part, he broke a different part that wasn’t broken in the first place! Ordered more parts. More visits. Inefficient. Waste of time. And, in the end, he was nasty, again, when I asked for an itemized invoice before I paid. Glad I did, as I was being charged for a part that wasn’t even used! He left the old parts and garbage at the house. Refused to take them with him. I will NEVER use this company again. Never thought I’d say that about Sears.

This conpany has one guy that comes to see u dryer when u tell him About the problem his solution it's to tell u go and clean the tube and doesn't even take one minute to open the dryer to check was going on I request to the conpany to. Not send him again and requested another technician they send him again he insulted me he was so disrespectful has no professional and again said the same thing he screaming at me many times and walk away I don't recommend this conpany unless they fire this guy

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited all day for the technician, Jacob, who kept delaying his arrival and eventually canceled, asking me to reschedule. When he did come for the rescheduled appointment, he disregarded the notes in our service ticket, spent less than ten minutes on-site, and insisted there was no issue with the unit despite the clear problem. His lack of professionalism and rude demeanor were unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

Customer service horrible. Tech reminded of the the cost at least three times as if I was not able to cover the fee. In addition, they don't except Amex card as a form of payment and live person when customer service was contacted. Horrible! Next time I will purchase a new machine.
