John is a great service repairman. He fixed my dishwasher and even gave me an offer that reduced my bill by $200! Very informed and professional. I had a diagnostic and then had to wait for a part to be shipped to me which was done in a day and he came back to install the new part.

Technician was friendly. Took the time to go over things and gave us our options. Our compressor went on a 15 year old refrigerator and when I mentioned that it might not be worth fixing he said that he could see why and didn't pressure us to do the repair.

Andrew did an excellent job. The previous person (from a different repair company) could not fix the dishwasher after installing two parts. Andrew was able to see the board needed configuring and corrected the issue.

The technician Lou was very knowledgeable regarding the dishwasher. He listened as I describe the annoying noise the dishwasher was making. Unfortunately it seems to be the control panel which I believe is no longer available. No fee I have insurance.

Very polite,pleasant rep.did the job quickly and the dryer is perfect again. Highly recommend this service, great staff and good notifications system. Always renew my annual maintenance contract..you save money in the long run.

I would recommend Andrew for service anytime! He was patient and he really helped. I had several different problems with my machine. He asked me questions about what was happening during the cycles, and finally getting to the bottom of what was really wrong with my washing machine and made sure he came back to complete the job!
