Mr. Colin Robertson, Technician was prompt, patient, careful and very professional. He completed the Oven Repair in about an hour. He did an excellent job. I'm very pleased!!

A simple repair, but T. Romero was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It is a shame I had to request the same repair 4 times in the past 3 years. Due to no fault of this technician Sears was unable to meet my last appointment resulting in an inexcusable no show.

Avarie is a outstanding technician. He went above and beyond to make sure we would get our refrigerator running again. He came twice to our home. The first time he diagnosed the problem, ordered parts needed & we received them in 2 days. Unfortunately, it took Sears another 2 weeks to send someone out here. Insisting I still needed another part. I hope now my refrigerator continues to run. Today is 2 months exactly since the problem started. Thanks to Jade & Mark helping to get a quicker appointment to get this all resolved.
