The technician who came to adjust the previous technician's work was excellent and deserved the five stars given on last entry. To increase the manageability / logistics, the call service should be available with a live operator as long as technicians are working, even if outside 1-5 scheduled time. Automated systems cannot assist with all questions, and the cycle of automated choices and numbers to push is frustrating.

I’ve waited for this technician to arrive at my house 5×4 times they canceled. They had to consult other technicians via telephone. Each person gave me a different answer as to what the problem was. I’m leaving this review before it disappears. My refrigerator is shown to be complete status, however not keeping cold.

The technician left the house after he told me that he has done what he can and a crew will be coming to clean the boiler. To date no one has come to clean the boiler.

When I indicated on your web site of the repair that I needed for my dishwasher, you could have stated that you no longer issue those parts, instead of sending a technician to inform me of that and collect the $140.13 for a job not performed at all.

I had an appointment with Alexandr S. I took the day off from work. On the text link my appt kept getting postponed every hour. At 4pm the service technician let his car on the road , took a pic of my driveway and sent a text that no one was home. He did not pick up the phone and I wasted the whole day waiting. There is no customer service, just an automated voice service to make another appointment.
