Bruno knew exactly what our issue was with our Kenmore Elite refrigerator--although it was listed as a KitchenAid! He had diagnosed the problem during a previous visit, ordered the correct parts, and today installed the parts and everything works fine now! He was professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable . An excellent technician.
