Bob did a good job. The snow blower runs noticeably smoother and quieter. I'm still not sure what Sears "Preventive Maintenance" actually covers...but I specifically requested the oil be changed and the spark plug be replaced. I also noticed one of the Shear Pins was missing and Bob replaced that as well. If I had not spoken up, the oil and spark plug would not have been changed and the Shear Pin would still be missing. The truck was also not equipped with replacement belts or extra Shear Pins. Apparently my belt did not need to be replaced but that's besides the point. On-site service trucks should be equipped with these common replacement parts.
