Horrible. Tech, very condescending. Had an attitude, the minute he hit my stoop. I could hardly understand what he was saying; (accent). I made an appointment to have my fridge and stove repaired. I had no idea, that two different people were coming. I tried telling him, what the problem was; and he came back at me with, "!'m the technician". I will find someone else to repair my stove. I will not pay $488.00 to replace an electronic oven starter. I have had this repaired before by Sears, and never had to pay that kind of money. Boy, times have certainly changed. Never again!
