Issue wasn't found, during the 20 mins Tech was at residence, was advised to record if same issue arises so another appt can be scheduled… when convection oven in use & door was opened to check items baking, fan sounded like it was scraping front panel or fan loose

Michael, our service man put a wrong screw into our dishwasher. The came loose a few days late. He was supposed to order a replacement part, a molding corner. We still have not received it. He did not make a return appointment with us.

Just got ripped off. Have a Bosch oven that needs repaired . The issue was that the outlet on the oven shorted and needed service . Because the tech couldn't find the oven in her phone database , she said she can't fix it. Wasn't her more than 30 min and didn't take apart the oven to look at it . Complete joke

Unfriendly
Asked me what the problem was. I said the drums aren't spinning. Asked me if it's washing… what??!! Then he tested it and told me the drums weren't spinning!! Unfriendly! Service totally overpriced. Especially as last week the technician didn't even turn up! $2700 to fix a machine is insane when you can buy a new one for 1/4 of that price

Dryer as part of a tower not functioning
This is the second time that LG has sent a Sears repair technician out and both times the technician didn't know how to repair the dryer that is part of my tower and is ventless technology. It's probably LG s fault but I took the day off to wait and no success. This is the fourth time LG has sent someone out that has no clue.

Not a good experience
Robert was disgruntled and upset upon arrival to fix our dryer which we have waited for 6 months from the initial inquiry to fix- I prepaid for the repair back in April and he tried to charge us an additional $600 for his time! Rediculous! He had to get on the phone with his supervisor to be told what for and left in a huff, no thank you.

Unprepared and unhelpful
Pointed out the problem with our fridge, and suggested a cheap way to fix it ourselves, or suggested we buy a new fridge. She did not suggest they she would be able to do the cheap fix herself, because she didn't have any of her equipment with her, nor did she suggest someone could come back at a later date and do the cheap fix for us. The only option she effectively presented us with was to buy a new fridge, while admitting it could probably be fixed easily. I guess we'll try to fix it ourselves. This was a waste of money.
