The tech Willa was very good, she was efficient. The scheduling from the company was less acceptable. Scheduling service from 8am to 5pm and not receiving actual service not until approximately 5:30 destroyed the entire day.

She was friendly and she always did her job and she was the one who knew and fixed my washer. Michael was NOT friendly and always wanted to leave after a few minutes said he had to go . He didn't want to fix the washer always said he needs help and it wasn't his location. I heard his wife wants him home at a certain time. You might want to look at your employees how their doing there job.

Michael communicated his arrival time so I knew when to expect him. He was knowledgeable about our washer and got right to the task of repairing it. He worked quickly and tested the machine after to ensure it was working well.

Michael called ahead to confirm his arrival time, which saved me lots of waiting time. He quickly located the problem with our older Bosch washer, but said that the replacement part was no longer being made. He did give me the part number though. After he left, I found the part online at Sears Parts Direct! I'm happy for his diagnosis, but puzzled by Sears' internal communication channels.

Willa was great. She found the problem but the parts were not available from Samsung - not so great. Maybe Sears Home Service should drop Samsung? I'm old enough to remember buying a fridge that lasted more than 20 years. Now if they last 3 years you're lucky. Too bad the prices don't reflect that.

Technician did not solve a very simple problem (blocked refrigerator defrost drain) on the first visit. When I asked him to test it to make sure it was unblocked, he dismissively refused to do so, saying that of course it was fixed. Well, of course it wasn't, and the refrigerator continued to leak after he left. I had to get him back again the following week to finish the job. By the way, that job cost almost $500 for what took him at most a few minutes.
