Service provided was excellent, professional and performed efficiently given the travel distance for the technician. Did have to wait 3 weeks from the initial diagnosis of problem until the repair took place. This was due to lack of service personnel available and 3 weeks was the soonest the tech could come back even though repair parts were sent within 1 week.
