Mike was efficient, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and explained our options for repair (cost, service options, warranty, service plan). I really appreciated the fact that he called us and let us know approximately when he would arrive. We have two dogs and a somewhat challenging location, so that was key to having a successful visit.

it took awhile to finally get the fridge going again. seems to be working fine. took 3 months to get to this point but KAREN WAS WORKING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. FINALLY ON FRIDAY, I HEARD HER YELL OUT, YES, AND IT STARTING WORKING. She never gave up.
