Willa did an excellent job. Sears had sent 2 techs prior to Willa that did not properly diagnose the complete problem with the dryer. She identified additional issues and properly fixed them. The dryer is now working as it should and I think she did an excellent job In the future, I will personally ask for her if I have additional work.
