Thor ovens are tricky but service guy was great! He was patient, called Thor service to verufy nozzle sizes etc.

Let me start by saying it was a pleasure working with Robert E very professional . He was awesome. This has been the fourth time that we have dealt with tech. Robert was the tech on the last two Robert went the extra yard to fix our dryer. I'm not sure if you guys know this but we've been without a dryer for over four months. Robert seem to listen to us instead of everyone else that was just treating us like a number or another voice on the other side of the phone, you have a real real professional doing his job he took our dryer apart found something that was wrong. Put it back together. It wasn't right so he took it all apart again replace the part that he needed to and wasn't satisfied so he took another part and added it on. He was not gonna walk away until our dryer was fixed again I say , four months we have gone without a dryer and you know how hard it is to work and then go to the laundromat to wash and dry your clothes. Very inconvenient. Anyway what I wanna say is Robert one of the guys that you wanna keep on your staff give him a raise promote him to present or whatever but he was excellent , I can't say enough good things about Him thanks again, Robert.

Michael, the Sears technician who took care of our repair service on our Kenmore washer, did a great job! He is a very hard worker and does a very good and thorough job! You can tell that he takes great pride in performing his job! We appreciate that he takes his job very seriously and is a very responsible person! It's not that easy to find people that show this kind of work ethic! We need more technicians like Michael on your team! Thank you, Michael, for all you hard work! God bless you!
