Michael at A&E was excellent! He was prompt, efficient, friendly...he explained what was needed and what he had done. He did not try to sell any parts or additional services. He was great, and I would recommend him anytime. I had booked the repair through Sears. Michael did not set the price, which was too high for the time it took. I don't know if the price was higher because of the local company's relationship with Sears or what, but almost $200 for much less than an hour is a bit much. Another problem with Sears (also NOT Michael's problem) was that the repair was supposed to be done 6 days earlier, between 8am and noon. We waited all that time, not doing any of our Saturday errands. AFTER the appointed time, around 1pm, we got a text saying the repair couldn't be done until days later. I recommend Michael, not Sears.
