Rafael was on time, efficient and very professional. He assessed the issue with my microwave very quickly, informed me as to what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. He also alerted me to potential issues that may arise due to the age of the appliance. The total bill was exactly as estimated and the payment process was very easy. Rafael was friendly and courteous, and we are very pleased with the whole process and that we do not have to buy a new microwave.
