This particular technician was great. The system used to schedule repair appointments is horrible. I had three prior appointments that were no shows. You can’t call anyone and get a live person. Responses from me to an AI generated text went unanswered. I had to go back to the warranty company to be transferred several times only to get connected to someone in India. That didn’t help me with local no shows. So three no shows was 12 hours of my time and my last phone call was 2.5 hours to finally speak to someone. This is lousy customer service on the front end. I’m so disappointed. I was happy with the tech and my issue seems to be fixed.
