I am writing this post because if it were not for Ralph who went above and beyond to help me resolve my kitchen oven issue. I am not sure if it would have ever gotten fixed. Ralph came to my house on July 7, 2024. It took a lot of perseverance on my part with First America Home Buyers and communication with Ralph/Sears Appliance repair to finally get the correct parts sent to me. As of today, October 15, 2024 with Ralph and his helper, Mike ( which consisted of a 2 man job). I finally got my oven up and running :o) I want to commend/THANK Ralph for his excellent customer service and communication skills. In todays world; it is certainly very challenging to find this kind of customer service...Many Thanks to Ralph and Mike for your excellent customer service!! Anita Cruickshank
