The Tech was Karen and she was very professional and courteous. The tech assigned to this repair never showed up so she had to step in. It took 3 Rescheduling before Karen was assigned, and she was great. We never heard from the original tech, all he did was reschedule till I complained to Lowe's. I was told that he knocked on the door, why not use the doorbell? He was never here because I was up and waiting for this genius waiting for the service call. I really appreciate Karen and employees that do their job and not those that bullshit instead of doing their job. Feel free to contact me if you like. I am dissatisfied with the original tech, but Karen came through, THANK YOU KAREN...

I appreciate that Karen called me to give me a window of time of when to expect her to make sure I didn’t miss my appointment. She also texted when she was on her way. This was to helpful. Karen did a great job diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and then proceeded to take the freezer apart to clean out the stopped up hose not allowing the freezer to run efficiently. Karen was very professional and helpful. Thank you Karen
