He did not reconnect the w Washingmachine left it unconnected did not test it. Left his garbage laying around. Did not pick up After himself. I Rate this thumbs down. He could have done better.

I was quoted $109.00 but was charged $119.00 for the estimate. Why is this?

Would not use company again. I asked the guy if I could send him pictures of my issues so he could better understand before arrival and he was rude. He said no I don’t want any pictures of the issue. He arrived with no tools aside from a phone to charge me and a flashlight. He was rude when he opened the lid and couldn’t read a semi faded serial number. He immediately said he couldn’t work on the machine without the number but would still charge me the service fee for coming out. I asked if there is possibly another serial number on the back of the machine, he huffed his breath and lo and behold, found another serial number posted. I explained to him the work I had done, and what I had researched on google. He did the exact same diagnostic checks and reset attempts I had already tried. I explained that I was hoping he’d fix the washer rather than do exactly what I had already done. He did turn his flashlight on once to look for that serial number then said his phone told him I need an $835 part. I responded that the entire washer coated only$700 to begin with so how could one part be more than the entire machine. He said “so I assume you don’t want it fixed”. It was laughable at that point, I paid the $130 service fee and will never use them again

Worst service ever the technician showed up did not introduce himself and demanded payment immediately before doing any work or looking at the refrigerator. We prevent presented him with a check. He refused the check demanded a credit card. We told him we paid him. He closed the refrigerator and walked started walking out the door. He said he was going to report that we refused service and that we did not pay when we We have repeatedly asked that Sears does not provide the service. We have had nothing but problems with them in the past, and this technician was one of the person that we’ve had problems with in the past.

Paid for nothing! Technician came out, supposedly ordered the parts and said he would come out in a week to complete the repair. I received a call the morning the repair was to take place asking if I had received the parts because he had not. I was never told that parts were being shipped to me, nor was I provided any tracking information. The tech did not know if the parts were being shipped to me or to him and also had no tracking information. He told me "There's nothing I can do," and told me to call the customer service number. The customer service line WILL NOT connect you to a human and all it could tell me is, there are no part orders associated with my repair. I still have a broken dryer after spending good money to have it repaired. I wish I had researched Sears before beginning this process as there are countless reports of similar experiences.

The guy came into my house not even the right technician did not know anything about my dryer and said to call someone else that could fix it. Why send someone that cannot even do a simple diagnostic and then call the right person out. I have know idea. So he said call back and try again.
