Very competent technician. He was able to find the problem of my ice maker within a short period of time and recommend a solution which was replace the old ice maker. Within a few minutes he replaced the ice maker and it is making ice as the photo shows. I recommend your service to others Sears and also I'll do the same to my friends. Thanks you and the technician so much. My wife is full of joy.

Ralph performed excellent work and went beyond expectations. He provided education in how to prolong the life of the dishwasher, correct loading techniques and even leveled the dishwasher so the door opens with better balance. Ralph was courteous and professional every step of the way.
