Technician was excellent! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he did and left a clean kitchen behind him. I recommend him highly. Repair was pricey, so I hope he was well-compensated. Autobot scheduling and customer contact interface was less pleasing. My tech ordered necessary parts after diagnosis and scheduled a return visit to install for a few days later. I arranged a half day off work to accommodate. The part arrived Sunday before the return date on Tuesday. Tuesday, I got an auto-email claiming there was no way the part would arrive in time for the return appointment, so they automatically rescheduled for a week later. Since I knew the part was sitting on my table, I rescheduled for an earlier date. AGAIN, they auto-rescheduled me because there was no way the part would be here in time. I gave up and just changed my half day off. There's no easy way to contact a person. Except for the techs, it seems as though everything is AI or automated. Bottom line: Fridge is finally fixed. Tech was outstanding twice. Scheduling and customer support at corporate level is lacking.

Overall rating

After many appts rescheduled, technician was professional. Sorry but robots can't schedule. Try a human for better results. If you can't afford a human try another method. Current method is not working.
