Technician never showed up was supposed to pick up part never showed up. It’s been eight weeks horrible service. Sears has been screwing with me for two months and still has not fixed the washer. Technician say they show up and they don’t. This is the second time.

Well, sorry to say now I don’t get any ice. The gentleman did not leave the icemaker on. I turned it on when I didn’t get any ice and still over six hours later no ice cubes at least I got some ice before now. I have nothing I am trying to get a hold of the company again to let them know. I am so disappointed.

Called and made an appointment. It was gonna be a week later. They called that day, canceled, gave me a schedule. I can reschedule 4 days later, called that day and canceled that they need a reschedule again. Mm.

Greg who came out last week ordered suspension rods and Tech today Michael said it’s the basket so here I am again without a washer for 3 to 4 days while you decide if you’re going to approve the basket to be replaced or I don’t know what very unhappy I waited all day yesterday for my Tech my husband‘s in the hospital and I didn’t get to go see him cause he never came!

Absolutely trash. AI “helper” only when calling. Service tech cancelled, same day, without advanced notice and rescheduled for next day (today’s date of writing). No one showed. No calls, no follow up at all. Tried calling every single number listed and only goes back to AI assistant. Went to cottonwoood mall since address is listed, writing this while at the mall and there is no sears at all listed at the mall. Scam. Terrible terrible and expect at the “positive reviews” to be AI assistant as well if reading feedback written and compared to. edit- have a response from the “owner”. The phone number listed still goes to the ai answering machine. No accountability for why no physical store listed? No other contact information provided either. How does this business actually operate? You can’t even reply to their answers to call them on their bs lies. Truly all numbers located- 1-800 and a local (505) all result in the same ai service that says no real person will help you.

Appointment scheduled with technicians are hard to get and they commonly misdiagnose the problem. First technician came and looked at my refrigerator as it wasn’t cooling properly. Miss diagnosed problem. All in all we were without a refrigerator for 1 month. Ended up spending $1,800. Dollars on fixing it and could have bought a brand new refrigerator for $1,800. So the wait time and money spent on repair of my old refrigerator wasn’t worth it. Technician’s need to diagnose problems more thoroughly and check the compressor performance on the first visit. If the compressor is at fault throw in the towel and just buy a new refrigerator !

My tech was easily a 5 however Sears themselves were below a 1. If I could give a negative rating I would. They canceled my appointment on 3 different occasions all for "unforseen circumstances. 2 of which were canceled the day of between 4 and 5 pm after I had taken off work and sat and waited all day and once they no called no showed. If I have the chance for a repair again I will choose to go with anyone except Sears. Very unprofessional and they could care less about inconveniencing the customer. I honestly think they should ultimately reimburse me for my wasted time and the lack of respect they displayed.

Beware: They charged $600 for parts and labor, but could not repair my washer. They kept the parts, and never refunded me any money. You CANNOT talk to anybody at billing. All customer service in India will do is say they'll send an email then you have to wait. Called 4 times over 2 months with zero results. Check BBB, they have terrible reviews. Make sure to pay with a credit card so at least they can help you get your money back if necessary.
