I will never ever again use sears services. My technician was ok, not the friendliest guy. I was disappointed in the outcome. I told the technician the two codes that kept coming up on my washer and I was exactly right. So I paid the technician $129.00 for absolutely nothing!!!!!!! Disgusted!

I thought I was scheduling a technician with Sears and backed by the name. Turns out it is a third party. The technician was extremely rude, threatening and overcharged me. I would not use this service again. I’m very disappointed and wish I had called around to a local reputable company.

Just try reaching someone by the phone… It’s impossible. We were charged $600 for part that we didn’t need. We started on 12 September and today’s October 1 still no dryer repair I would go somewhere else.

It was a mess when they came to fix the compressor on my fridge the first time, but let’s ignore even that. It is one year since they installed the compressor (8/24/23) and not only is the fridge doing the same thing again, but when I called to have them come out and check THEIR work- I was told to pay $119 again AND they only warranty their work for 30 days!!!! Wow- you must have a lot of trust with your technicians to only cover 30 days! That’s insanity and terrible business! Everywhere I’ve checked says a year is standard. They’re rude, overpriced, and their work fails. Just don’t. Not worth it.

He said the washer was fixed and that the belt slipped. I tested with a small load and the washer remained broken. I did not witness the repair and wish I tested before he left. I called him minutes later and he told me not to call him. I am extremely frustrated. I am very disappointed and just hope that you are aware that technician was unprofessional. He did not repair and refused to come back when I let him know the washer was not fixed.
