Outstanding Technician
Kenneth arrived in a timely manner as communicated by the text messages. He was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem with our gas dryer and rectify the problem for us.

Ken was excellent.
My technician, Ken, was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue with my dryer quickly. He did a great job cleaning up. I will say that the Sears automated system is horrible. It sent text after text and email after email asking me to confirm my appointment and even though I did each time I received texts saying I never confirmed my appointment and it would be cancelled and I would be charged. I finally had to call to get the appointment to confirm. An hour after my service was completed and the technician had left, I received a call confirming the appointment that was over. Fix your automated system! The only thing that would get me to use Sears for repairs again is that the technicians are always good. The rest of dealing with Sears repair is a nightmare.
