The technician did a great job repairing our range. He gets 5 stars. However the Sears Home Hub system is very frustrating to deal with, particularly if there is any kind of an issue, as I had with a part order. The system makes it very difficult to talk to a person. And my experience with the live reps was not very satisfying. I give the system 2, maybe 1 star.
