Robert replaced the dogs in the agitator very quickly. Therefore, we are dumbfounded by the labor cost of $299.95.

While my technician was polite and competent (fixed my dryer issue) he left my dryer pulled out in my VERY small laundry closet and we cannot move it back. :( And the 8-hour window that Sears gives you is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I had to completely change my work schedule and the guy came at 415. What a waste of a day!!

I feel like the price was extremely high to change a thermal fuse. I’m not under standing why I paid almost $300 for labor. My fault for not shopping around, but lesson learned

Repair guy was nice enough and seemed to know enough but don't expect same day repair ever they apparently have nothing in their truck. Insanely expensive for a 20 minute replacement. Around 300 for just service. Also hated scheduling. Was scheduled a new appointment that was apparently immediately canceled but website was unclear. Also, impossible to talk to a human. Will never use again.

Service person that came out charged us over $400 to service our Kenmore refrigerator but told us it was basic maintenance and he just vacuumed the dust off the condenser and blew out the drain. I looked online and most DIY sites said this can be done for around $20 yourself. He also said the reason our ice machine didn’t work was that the temperature was too high but didn’t turn it down. This is the last time I call Sears repair service for anything.

Zero stars is not an option or they would get zero stars. I booked a service appointment for the next day and rearranged my work schedule to be home in a 4 hour afternoon appointment window that was available. 10 minutes after the appointment window closed I received the attached message and they asked me to reschedule. Next day, same experience. Sears is a terrible contractor that can’t honor appointments and has no respect for their customers. To make matters worse, their customer service doesn’t provide the option to speak to a human being or provide the customer with a technician’s eta. I DO NOT recommend and if you are consider their services, go literally anywhere else.
