Robert did a great job repairing the dishwasher and the washing machine. He found the problem, ordered the parts and replaced the problem parts. The only problem I have with this service is that timing for the appointments. i am given an expected time for the technician to arrive and every time it is off by a couple of hours and there is no one that I can call to ask about my upcoming appointment. Very frustrating if someone is working and has to sit around all day for an appointment that is never on time.
