Technician was great. Over 400 dollars labor charge for a 118 dollar part was ridiculous.

my repairman was pollite and told me the part needed is out of service. He helped me get the replacement that was part of my warranty. He was excellent . That is not the case with service in general. Only AI is available, no humans to talk to an issues cannot be resolved. Working with Sears protection has been a nightmare.
