After one appointment not fulfilled by Sears, making us wait an additional 10 days without a refrigerator, and after finding out on the Sears reset appointment day that there was no service appointment set, a benefits person reset the appointment for the scheduled day. Repair tech was extremely professional. Even wiped his feet before entering the house. Took care in moving the refrigerator from its enclosed space and carefully tested all areas to determine the issue. Provided clear information as to the problem and sent his assessment back to Sears. Excellent job.
